| Across the past 35 years, my personal experience was highlighted by a deep immersion, on a world scale (I speak four languages), in the High Tech world, in particular, electronics, information technology and, on a smaller scale, biomedics.
This industrial area presents seven main features:
· need for a medium and long term vision capability
· simultaneous creation of markets and products - world scale at an early stage - sharp and violent price drops
· significant investments associated with high risk - need for strategic alliances
· need for new economic forecasting techniques
· need for frequently re-adressed management techniques
· fluctuating performances due to manufacturing capacity accordion effect
· disconcerting reactions from major world Stock Exchanges
Following a rather long career with TEXAS INSTRUMENTS (19
years) and a radical cultural change with OLIVETTI (4 years), I made the decision back in 1991, to share my experience, in a consulting position C.V.
Being familiar with organizing collaborations and partnerships, I created D.B.L.
INTERNATIONAL, a Management Consultant organization focused on M&A, excellent combination of human relations, financial engineering and strategic developmenet. A real challenge as an independant operator. But encourageing and rewarding results.
Sensing the future explosion of the Internet, I added, back in 1994, a multimedia consulting offer.
